By accessing and using RestoCreate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
RestoCreate provides a service for designing, building, and publishing custom-branded Android mobile applications for restaurants. This service includes application building and managed submission to the Google Play Store.
3. User Obligations
You are responsible for providing accurate restaurant information, branding assets, and menu details. You must own the rights to all content and imagery provided for use in your application.
4. Revisions and Delivery
Our service is currently provided free of charge under our testimonial program. This package includes three complimentary revisions. Additional revisions or significant changes after publication may be subject to review.
5. Limitation of Liability
RestoCreate is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, or reputation resulting from the use of the platform or the applications we build for our clients. All applications are provided "as-is" following your approval.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
